Customers are eligible for a full refund if the following conditions are met:

  • Request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • The user has not exceeded normal usage limits (as defined in our fair use policy).
  • The refund request includes a valid and constructive reason, which helps us improve the product.
  • The product/service has not been misused, abused, or exploited for commercial gain or competitive analysis.
  • The refund is applicable only for the first-time purchase of any paid plan (renewals are not refundable).

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The request is made after 7 calendar days from the purchase.
  • You have used the platform extensively (e.g., generated several reports, uploaded numerous PDFs).
  • The service was used for purposes outside of its intended business scope.
  • The reason for refund is not related to functionality or performance of the product.
  • You signed up for a custom enterprise plan or offline deal with a separate agreement.
