Welcome to Forgeliv. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read these terms carefully before using the product.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Forgeliv (including all sub-products such as Forgeliv Studio, Forgeliv Docs, and Forgeliv Cloud), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.

2. Use of the Services

You agree to use Forgeliv:

• Only for lawful business purposes;
• In compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;
• Without violating the rights of others or the integrity of the system.

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or sell any part of the software;
• Misuse the AI tools or attempt to extract datasets, model behavior, or prompt tuning strategies;
• Upload malicious files or unauthorized content that isn’t related to intended site plans or documents.

3. User Account & Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Shared login credentials between multiple users are prohibited unless under a team plan.

4. Team Access & Permissions

• Admins can invite, remove, and manage team members.
• Each user within a team account must follow the same usage policy.
• Forgeliv Cloud does not support collaborative editing due to end-to-end encryption for user security.

5. AI Results & Recommendations

• Material quantity estimations and document edits are generated using AI models.
• These are recommendations only and should be verified by qualified professionals.
• Forgeliv is not liable for decisions made solely based on AI-generated outputs.

6. Intellectual Property

• All UI, designs, features, logos, and AI models are the intellectual property of Forgeliv.
• You may not reuse or replicate them without written permission.
• Forgeliv grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software under your subscription.

7. Refund Policy

• We offer a 7-day refund window. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete terms.
• No refunds are available after 7 days from the date of purchase

8. Service Modifications & Updates

• We reserve the right to update or remove features, apply security patches, or modify plans without prior notice.
• Any planned downtime will be communicated in advance where feasible.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Forgeliv is provided "as is". We are not liable for:
• Data loss due to user actions
• Business losses caused by reliance on AI estimations.

10. Termination

• Forgeliv reserves the right to terminate accounts or access to services for:
• Violations of these Terms;
• Suspicious or abusive usage;
• Non-payment of subscription fees.
